SCAYLE Trigger

Use the SCAYLE trigger to start workflows in real time when events occur in your commerce backend. Boltic registers a webhook subscription through the Admin API and removes it automatically when the trigger is deleted.

Prerequisites

To use the SCAYLE trigger, you need:

  • A SCAYLE tenant connected to Boltic (see the Authentication documentation).
  • An Admin API token with permission to manage webhook subscriptions.

For more details, visit the official SCAYLE Webhooks Documentation.

Supported Authentication Methods

  • Access Token sent as the X-Access-Token header.

How It Works

When you activate the trigger, Boltic creates a webhook subscription (POST /api/admin/v1/webhooks/subscriptions) for the selected event, pointing to a Boltic-generated URL. New subscriptions become active within a few minutes. When the trigger is removed, Boltic deletes the subscription. Deliveries are retried until your endpoint returns a 2xx response.
