Share tables with your team to collaborate effectively. Shared tables can be accessed under the Shared by Team section, enabling seamless collaboration within your organization.

How to Share a Table

  1. Locate the Table
    • In the List of Tables section, find the table you want to share.
    • Use the search bar or filter options (e.g., Recently Added) to quickly locate your table.
  2. Open the Share Menu
    • Click the three-dot menu (⁝) on the desired table.
    • Select the Share option from the dropdown menu (as shown in the second screenshot).
  3. Choose Share Settings
    • A confirmation dialog will appear, asking if you want to make the table public or share it selectively.
    • Select Yes, make it public if you want the table to be accessible by anyone within org.
