Introduction

Boltic Streams streamlines the entire process of gathering, transforming, sending, and storing customer data, making it easier to integrate with new tools and allowing you to concentrate more on using your data rather than collecting it. Boltic Stream lets you track user interactions across various digital interfaces, such as websites, mobile apps, and server-based or OTT platforms. It captures this interaction data for swift, often real-time, transmission to your marketing, product development, and analytics tools, along with data storage solutions. Frequently, connecting to more tools doesn't require any changes to your tracking code.

Components​

  • Source: A source is a website, server library, mobile SDK, or cloud application that can send data into Stream.
  • Destination: These are the business tools or apps that Stream forwards your data to.
  • Debugger: The Source Debugger is a real-time tool that helps you confirm that API calls made from your website, mobile app, or servers arrive at your Stream Source.
  • Events Data: This shows you the maount of data captured and sinked into various destinations.
  • Protocol: Protocols allow you to define a JSON schema for each type of event you send, ensuring that only validated events pass through to the destination.
  • Privacy: This lets you mark fields which may contain PII Data and mask them.
