Boltic Email

The Boltic Email Activity is used to send emails directly from Boltic's internal email system without requiring external integrations like Netcore. It allows you to compose and send professional emails to one or more recipients, complete with attachments and custom content.

Boltic Email uses internal credentials for authentication. You simply need to select the username (sender) and domain from which the email should be sent.

Fields

1. Sender Username & Domain

  • Required: Yes
  • Description: Select the username (email sender) and domain from which you want to send the email. Boltic uses internal credentials to authenticate and send the message.

2. Subject

  • Required: Yes
  • Description: Add the subject or title of the email.

3. Recipients (TO, CC, BCC)

  • Required: Yes
  • Description: Specify recipient email addresses. You can include multiple addresses separated by commas or spaces.
    • TO: Primary recipients.
    • CC: (Optional) Copy recipients.
    • BCC: (Optional) Blind copy recipients.

4. Content

  • Required: Yes
  • Description: Provide the body of the email. Supports HTML and plain text formats for custom formatting and design.

5. Attachments

  • Required: No
  • Description: Add one or more files to send as attachments along with the email.

  • Send automated notifications or reports from internal systems using Boltic's built-in email service.
  • Deliver workflow summaries or execution results to teams automatically.
  • Share important updates, alerts, or announcements without external email configuration.

Notes

  • Boltic Email uses internal authentication, so no external integration or credentials are required.
  • You only need to select the sender username and domain.
  • Email content supports variables and dynamic placeholders such as {{payload.user_name}} or {{API_1.result.message}} for personalization.
